The RBH Sound 81/AX Freestanding Active Monitor Pair allows you to streamline your audio system build. With an 8” aluminum woofer, AMT tweeter and 250W Class D amplification built into each speaker cabinet, you can handle the power and drive the speakers without needing a separate amplifier.

With a frequency response range of 35Hz–20 kHz, the RBH Sound 81/AX has plenty of room to reproduce bass response, articulate midrange, and keep high-frequency details present and clear across all your music, movies, and professional audio tasks. That allows you to fill your room with a full-range sound from your movies or music, without needing to integrate a power amp into your build.

Built-In Control for a Tuned Sound

Both speakers get up to 250 watts of power from the built-in Class D amplifier. That lets you dedicate that power to each speaker’s drivers, rather than sending that signal through an external amplifier. The FIR linear phase crossover also helps ensure the woofer and tweeter work together smoothly at any point in the frequency range.

Built-in EQ allows you to tune the sound to your room and preferences. XLR and RCA inputs on each speaker let you bring in a variety of audio sources and system configurations.

A Flexible Choice for Home or Professional Audio

Each speaker comes in a durable HDF cabinet finished with a satin black or white finish. Magnetic grilles are included to keep the drivers protected with a clean aesthetic when needed. Different driver colors and side-panels are also available to help these speakers match your space.
