Great job by David L., helped me a ton and went through every detail of my theater, wants, needs, etc. Extremely responsive & supportive - very much above and beyond in terms of listening to us and in turn his knowledge of the equipment, trade offs and direction on how to get performance we wanted. Never felt “sold to” throughout the process and ended up blown away with our system. Thank you!
I was looking for a specific projector mount without much success. The other dealers I contacted did not reply quickly or at all. Kellen replied right away and answered all the questions I had and then some. This was not a big order but it was clearly important to him. I placed my order, for my mount in perfect condition and it worked just as described! This level of service is not easy to come around nowadays. They just got themselves a customer for both, small and big purchases!

Like many people, my first experience with Dreamedia was on YouTube. I was captivated by all of their instructional videos, theater room builds, and equipment reviews. It was because of the energy and enthusiasm of Zack and the crew, that I decided to give them a try even though I live about 1000 miles away. I'm so glad that I did! I cannot say enough good things about the folks at Dreamedia! Kellen was there every step of the way in providing options that would work with my space. We have a new construction home and he set me up with everything from speakers to screen to AVR equipment and rack. Since I am DIY'ing it, like a lot of folks, I had a lot of questions. Kellen was patient and always willing to help address any questions or concerns that I had. Doing a theater room is not a small expense. However, with Kellen's help and guidance, we were able to come up with multiple options that would work for my space and budget...all at a price that could not be matched! I also have to give very high praise for Daniel, their fulfillment manager. He always kept in contact with shipping updates and information for the equipment. Unfortunately, my AV Rack was damaged during shipment. Daniel arranged for another one to be shipped right away and for the other one to be retrieved. No hassle...and no problems! Dreamedia just operates on another level! Their customer service and customer relations simply has no comparison that I have ever experienced. I will never look further than Dreamedia for future purchases and will always recommend their services! Thanks guys!
I have ordered several products now from Chris at Dreamedia and have absolutely loved my experience. Very quick to respond and patient with my indecisiveness and always happy to give me recommendations or comparisons between models or brands. After viewing videos from Dreamedia on YouTube, I reached out to locate A Logitech remote and was very pleased interacting with Kellen, who found a superior option for me. I plan to continue my relationship with them as I build my home theatre. You can not go wrong with these guys!

Just ordered 6 speakers from Dream Media. This will be the second time I have order equipment through them. Both times they have been a pleasure to work with. Channa and Zack are very helpful. To top it off they are very competitive on pricing. If you are looking for Home Theater, Home Automation, or even 2 channel equipment Dream Media is the place to call.
