I am very happy with the services that I received from Dreamedia. These guys are really good at what they do. They aren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for. It's well worth it to pay them their rate. Here's why: They are professional and conscientious. Timely call back to schedule my appointment. They showed up on time and well prepared with ALL tools and supplies necessary. Clear communications about their services, charges and details of my install. Very knowledgeable in technology and identifying specifically what was needed to get the job done. They took great care to ensure minimal impact on my house. It was raining and they took time to put booties on their feet so as not to track dirt and water into my home. They were clean cut and polite. They played really good music while they worked. Even though my house was a challenge, fishing wires in the walls, they kept cool and worked through each problem efficiently. Their wiring was clean and neat. All cables were bundled, labeled and organized. They had to cut into my wall to install a power outlet. Perfect wall plug that meets city code. They made sure that all my equipment was functional and that all connections were working perfectly. They cleaned up all packing materials and debris. They were classy enough to ask me if I was happy with their work and if they could have done anything better. This is a top notch A/V company. No nonsense, quality workmanship. Don't mess around trying to pinch pennies. Hire Zak and his crew. You won't regret it.

I have never received better service from anyone in my entire life nor met two of the best technicians EVER!  Our two techs names are Zak (owner) and Grayson. They moved a 52" TV into another room and installed this plus installed a new large screen TV, speakers and corrected two previous installers errors in our fam room.  Our woofer was not even working and now it is!  Our sound now is amazing! Dreamedia installed another TV on the wall for us a few years ago which was a perfect job and these two men did another excellent / perfection job for us!  They were most helpful, kindest, and extremely patient with my husband and myself. They are the best! Dreamedia also returned our phone call quickly and showed up as scheduled! I can't say enough about them. Thank you Dreamedia, Zak and Grayson. Very top notch and professional.

I've been using Zach and his team ever since my original AV installer left town about 3 years ago. They have worked on both an Elan Home and RTI system for me and the work is always done well and reasonably priced. I've recommended them to several friends and everyone has been pleased. Can't go wrong with Dreamedia.

Zach and Grayson went above and beyond on our large project. They were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very service oriented. They made sure everything was done to our satisfaction and stayed as long as it took to get the job done. They made sure we were very comfortable with how to use the new technology as well. We’ve used Dreamedia for 2 houses now and they deliver excellent service. They always have everything you need on their truck and can I’ve you both low end and high end options. Great company!

Zach and his brother did an awesome job. They were punctual and installation was very professional. After installation they explained in details how the system worked. They also moved an existing TV to the game room and hooked cable, receiver and all gaming consoles without charge. Overall I'm really happy with the experience and will use them again. I recommend them.
