So I usually do not leave reviews however, I was compelled to show my appreciation for the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from Kellen and the Dreamedia team. I have been interested in the Kaleidescape media products for awhile now. I have been hesitant to purchase this product as it is expensive and requires a lot of bandwidth to download movies. We unfortunately do not have gigabit internet available to us and have to use Starlink as our internet service provider. Unfortunately, data caps are a real thing and are a significant deterrent to the Kaleidescape platform. After speaking with Kellen about my situation he went above and beyond to help me understand the product, pointed out sales prices to get the best deal, made suggestions on how to use the product with my limitations and even downloaded a few movies for me onto my Terra server, so that I would have them ready and available to watch immediately upon receiving it. Kellen also responded to my questions quickly and surprisingly sometimes even after business hours. The customer service was bar none the best experience I have ever had while shopping for high end home AV products. I HIGHLY recommend Dreamedia if you are in the market for audio or home theater equipment. You will not be disappointed! A+++
