Excellent Excellent experience with the knowledge, sale, and customer support! Zack is the real deal and no one should be concerned with their remote sales. Bought the RS2000 and hope to upgrade to the top of the line JVC in a couple of years. His recommendation of the Strong SnapAV mount was spot on as it has replaced my Chief mount. Calibration is an ease with this mount. Next up Harmony Pro 2400.

I can’t say enough about how much and how quickly Zach at Dreamedia helped me remotely in Seattle, WA when I was researching the best 4K projectors out there. I stumbled upon their SUPER helpful videos on YouTube, narrowed in on the JVC RS3000, wrote him a mail about my interesting theater setup (up to 8 DirectTV receivers projecting sporting events in different layouts on one projector screen) on a Friday evening, and he called me on Saturday to answer my questions VERY knowledgabely. Also, while looking at a picture I texted him of my current projector for another reason, Zach also quickly identified a few additional requirements I overlooked, and then he ordered everything I needed including the projector and I received it all in less than a week. He even helped this non-DIYer get it mounted given the quarantine prevented a professional installer from coming over. FABULOUS customer service during a tough time for the world has won my business for life.

I found these guys through YouTube when I was doing research for my game room and media room in my new home in San Antonio,Tx. Can't put into words how happy I am for choosing to buy from these guys. Came across Dreamedia from there youtube channel while doing research for a Denon amplifier. Was a little nervous at first as from what I had seen they sell big budget Home Theaters that look amazing. All I was after was a 11.2 channel receiver but was quickly put at ease. Zach had already looked at my email, done the research for my budget and had a price i was looking for. Not stopping there he found a way to get it to me the next day. I 100% will be calling him for all my home theater purchases and directing everyone who will listen to him aswell. Top line products from top line sales people who know there stuff.
