Chris and Zach were both incredibly helpful in getting a price that I couldn't beat on the projector I really wanted, the JVC RS1000 (or NX5). With fast free shipping, great products, and reasonable prices I can't recommend Dreamedia enough. I also highly recommend the JVC RS1000, it is a fantastic projector for the price Dreamedia has offered it for.

Excitement started when I called in and personally spoke with Zack who helped plan and design everything. He specifically sat down and explained why each product was perfect for the space I had and withinmy budget. He even gave me 4-5 different quotes with different options at adjacent price points along the way to make me feel totally comfortable. I can’t tell you how many times I called in directly to ask minor questions and he was always exceptional. Their customer service was outstanding and they truly stand by all of their products. They make sure everything is operating as intended and dot every i / cross every t before concluding. I give the entire Dreamedia crew the highest accolades and review.
If you’re ever in the need for home media, this is the place. Every single time I have dealt with Dream media it’s been worth it. I called Dream media yesterday and expressed my needs to them. Not only did they respond in a timely manner, they came up with a few options to complement my home theater. Fed Ex arrived this morning with my item and now I’m elated. I live in Houston, and I deal with them in Dallas rather than to go local. ( Best Buy Magnolia) They answered all my questions and gave advice that is spot on. They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need or want. Check out their informative videos on YouTube and decide for yourselves. I am a customer from outside of Texas, and Zak at Dreamedia did an outstanding job with consulting on the telephone, over FaceTime, and over email. The service that Dreamedia was second to none--setting a new standard and expectation that I have for businesses. Before my project, Zak and I got on a FaceTime, measured the space that I was renovating for a home theater, and Zak asked me about my needs for the space. Most importantly, Zak asked me about my budget, and put a package together to meet my needs and not exceed my budget, so I knew exactly what I was getting and exactly how much I was paying for the package. Months later, after I purchased the equipment and started to install the equipment, Zak was extremely helpful over the phone and over FaceTime to coach me on how to install things and where to put equipment in my rack. Many other people could have realized that they made the sale and it would take too much time to support the customer after the purchase, but no Zak. He treated my questions and inquiries like I was a new customer that he was delighting. I appreciate this as a consumer, as it takes customer service and support to another level. I found Dreamedia Home Theater from their YouTube Channel. Zach called me personally to discuss my Home Theater needs. The price for my new Epson projector was $50 less than the lowest online price I could find and came with free shipping! Shipping was fast and Zach responded to my texts when I had an installation question. I’m so glad I found these guys!

We purchased 3 TVs, Sonos (9 different zones using connect amps, play:1, and boost), one Onkyo receiver, Martin Logan in ceiling speakers (theater room), Klipsch in ceiling speakers (whole home audio), two stand alone Martin Logan subwoofers, one in wall Klipsch subwoofer (my wife absolutely loves this because the black box isn’t sitting on the floor taking up additional footprint). I can’t say enough about Zak and Dreamedia’s knowledge and attention to detail as well as their top notch customer service. Zak went out of his way to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. My wife and I are thrilled with everything. The Martin Logan home theater sound system has been a game changer and we thoroughly enjoy our Klipsch whole home audio system as we use it on a daily basis. We could not be happier and will continue to use Dreamedia for any future AV needs. I highly recommend Zak and the Dreamedia Home Theater team!

Absolutely the best customer service I've had in quite some time! I was shopping around for a media cabinet when I ran across Dreamedia Home Theater. They offered the best price on the Strong FS cabinet, and confirmed that it would work well for my new construction/home system. Zak had the item shipped out extremely fast, and followed-up every step of the way. When we ran into an issues with delivery, Zak jumped in and got things worked out immediately, and at NO EXTRA cost to me. Living in a rural area, this isn't always the case. I'm actually shocked that it's still possible to get the best price and outstanding service these days, but Dreamedia Home Theater came through.
