Typically security cameras will have an indoor version and an outdoor weatherproof version. With the RING X Stick Up Cam Elite – EN you can use either. Since you have the option to mount this camera inside or outside you could start it off in your home and transfer it to your porch if needed.

Not only is the RING X Stick Up Cam Elite – EN weatherproof it will withstand rain, snow, hot temperatures and cold temperatures. You can place this camera outside year round. You can also use this camera inside if you need to monitor a garage, front door or back room. So, now you can be more creative with your camera coverage.

One Wire Will Get The Job Done

If you have experience with other security cameras you may know how often the battery dies. Having to climb up on a ladder to change batteries can become tedious. This camera has the capability to be powered by PoE or Power over Ethernet. The PoE will provide power and internet connection to your camera through one wire. So you won’t have to worry about changing batteries every couple days.

This will come in handy if you want to install a camera in an area that doesn’t have good Wi-Fi. Just keep in mind that the camera will need a network line. When we install our cameras we map out coverage as well as wire and network.

Camera Resolution, Alerts & More

With 1080p HD Video you’ll be able to see who’s visiting your property. It has advanced motion detection that will allow you to receive customized alerts on your phone. You can view what your camera is seeing from your phone at any time. This camera also comes with a microphone and speaker. So if you need to talk to someone on your property you can do that as well.

Ring Protect allows you to record video and store it. This will require a subscription. The RING X Stick Up Cam Elite – EN is also compatible with Alexa enabled products. Also, it comes in black or white to match your space. If you’re installing your camera outside or inside you can choose the color that blends best.
