Description

Full-Range Towers without a Separate Subwoofer

Normally when you buy a pair of towers the low bass frequencies will be taken care of by a subwoofer placed in the corner of your room. With the RBH Unrivaled 8300/AX Tower Speakers they can go all the way down to 23Hz. This allows you to hear low frequencies from most music and movie soundtracks. If your room is not extremely large you can get away with just these speakers.

There are three 8 inch woofers that allow these speakers to reach those lower frequencies. Having more woofer area means they can push more air. There are also two 6.5 inch midrange drivers that will reproduce all the mid frequencies. Allowing the woofers to do what they are best at the low end. Each driver can focus on what they are made to do.

AMT Tweeter and High Frequency Response

There is a high resolution AMT tweeter that goes up to 40kHz. The tweeter is an AMT which stands for air motion transformer. They work by having a pleated diaphragm push air out of its folds. Many like the AMT technology because of their fast accurate response to both music and movies.

DSP is built into these speakers to control what signal is being fed to each driver. Since the DSP has many adjustable presets you can change from preset to preset instead of reprogramming each time. Maybe one preset you use for movies at night and another for music during the day.

Finishes, Setup and Where the Pair Fits

The cabinets are made of a high quality HDF and come in a satin black or satin white finish. You also have the option of silver or black drivers and they can be concealed behind a grille. Allowing these RBH Unrivaled 8300/AX Tower Speakers to fit in any environment you would like.

These can be purchased with the DSP and amps internal or you can buy them externally to mount in a rack. Check out some of our 2 Channel HiFi Systems if you want to see how these could look in your music room. Dreamedia+ wants to help simplify your next project.
