Streaming services allow convenient access to music, but plenty of audiophiles have amassed CD collections over the years. The HiFi Rose RSA780 CD Drive allows compatible Hi-Fi Rose network media players to play back and archive CDs with ease. This way, you can access your existing CDs and start building out your digital library.

 

RSA780 is compatible with Hi-Fi Rose network music players like the RS150, RS250, and RS201. Instead of housing a dedicated CD player in your rig, you can plug the drive into your setup and use your Hi-Fi Rose collection for disc playback and music library management.

 

 

Bring Your CDs Into Your Digital Library

 

The HiFi Rose RSA780 CD Drive connects via USB-B with USB Isolator Technology, minimizing noise during file transfer. It also employs an isolator-based design to reduce vibration and motion noise during playback. With that taken care of, the drive can focus on doing its job with a clean, streamlined setup.

 

Use the RSA780 to rip CDs and store your music as FLAC, compressed FLAC, or WAV files. You can then import your CDs into your library on your Hi-Fi Rose system and enjoy your previous collection like new. Music information editing is also supported, allowing you to refine your imported music library.

 

 

A Simple Addition to a Digital Music System

 

Measuring just 5.9 × 5.9 × 0.9″, the RSA780 won’t take up much space next to your Hi-Fi Rose components. Powering the drive is also a breeze with its nominal 5V, 1.5A power requirement. Feel free to play CDs directly or enable ripping mode when you want to archive a disc.

 

Build out your entire digital music ecosystem with the RSA780 adding helpful CD playback functionality. Dreamedia+ can assist you in curating and organizing your media library, while the Home Theater Design Tool allows you to plan your room and equipment layout.
