Full-Range Sound for Music and Movies

Having big speakers in your system can go a long way. Having tower speakers that allow music to play at its full potential while keeping movie dialogue in check. That is what the RBH Sound Reference 6500 Freestanding Tower Speaker has to offer. With three 6-1/2″ Woofers and two 6-1/2″ Midranges along with an AMT Tweeter this speaker has many different frequencies that it can reproduce. This will allow you to enjoy your music and movie’s with detail.

With the three woofers it can play the low frequencies of a track. Then the midranges allow vocals and instruments to play with more clarity. The AMT Tweeter allows you to hear high frequencies in your music that may have went unnoticed. This gives the speaker a frequency response of 32Hz-40kHz which is great for music and movies.

Drivers That Allow For More

By having each frequency play off of their own driver it allows this speaker to produce a full range of sound. This speaker has a sensitivity of 90 db which will allow for more out of your amplifier. The 4 ohms impedance will require you to be cautious when picking your amplifier.

RBH Sound built the Reference 6500 with HDF material. This allows for less cabinet resonance which can distort the bass that is being produced. They also added bracing to help reduce any vibration. With a black or white satin finish this speaker will not over take your living room. It also comes with a magnetic fabric grille.

Built for a Serious Two-Channel or Theater System

The RBH Sound Reference 6500 would be a great option if you’re looking to play music and movie’s off of your main speakers. Standing at 47 inches tall this will be one of your most dominant pieces of equipment. Being able to stand on its own will allow you to place them anywhere. Pair it with a receiver or amplifier that falls within its 100-350 watts.

This speaker can be used as the main pair of speakers for a larger home theater setup. If you’re looking for help finding what you need to complete your system check out our Dreamedia+ section. Or you can Build Your System to see what else can go with your speakers.
