The RBH Sound UNRIVALED 6500/AX Freestanding Tower (Internal DSP + Amp) will save you from that. By having DSP and Amps built into the tower it will allow the speaker to have its own built in amp.
You will no longer need to purchase an additional amp or dsp for these towers. Which allows you to have less space on your rack and less wires. While still allowing you to have a tower that will play music and movies like they were made for.
Processing, Power and a Quiet Cabinet
DSP stands for Digital Signal Processing and helps process the signal that is sent to the drivers that are housed inside the cabinet. Since RBH decided to add the Amps to this system it will allow for better synergy within the speakers. Allowing the RBH Sound UNRIVALED 6500/AX to be out of the box balanced.
The driver configuration used in the 6500/AX is a high end woofer and tweeter setup. This will play the lows, mid and highs. The cabinet is built to be acoustically optimized which will allow for the speaker to not color your sound as much. When your cabinet isn’t as loud you can enjoy your music more.
Choosing the Right Version for Your Room
The 6500/AX will be great for those who want to have a higher end sound in there room. Keep in mind since these towers have internal amps you will need to have a power source near each speaker. RBH also offers the 6500/AX with External DSP if you would rather have your dsp and amps on your rack. Also, these speakers have the same model number so make sure you know what each option offers before deciding.
