HiFi Rose's custom Android™ OS, integrated into this premium streamer/DAC/preamplifier, offers a user-friendly experience that feels intuitive to mobile users in general. Audiophiles will undoubtedly appreciate its commanding yet velvety sound quality. The touchscreen functionalities, such as the practical virtual back panel for managing inputs and outputs and the virtual VU meters, add an appealing touch.

Growing up with vinyl and CDs, transitioning to streaming was a challenging proposition. However, the RS150B has changed my perspective. It connects to the internet via Ethernet or the included Wi-Fi dongle, and whether you use its front-panel touchscreen apps or the free RoseConnect Premium app for Apple® and Android devices, the interface is exceptionally user-friendly. The organization of your various sources, including streaming services like TIDAL, Qobuz, and Spotify, as well as music files stored on the device or your NAS server, feels akin to the user experience provided by Roon.
