Flexible Shelving for Your Audio System

Whether it be your receiver, amplifier or streamer the Salamander Designs Archetype 2.0 Audio Stand will hold all of these and display them nicely. Perfect for a listening room, family room or home theater. Not only does the open shelf design look great but it can be modified to fit your equipment no matter how tall or short it is.

Using threaded steel poles you can adjust your shelves to any height that best fits your needs. There are 2 shelves on the Archetype 2.0 which will allow you to store many compatible pieces of equipment. The shelf capacity is 150 lbs per shelf which allows for some heavier pieces to be mounted.

Better Ventilation and Easier Cable Access

By having an open shelf design your equipment will be able to breathe. Giving your components more room to vent out heat than if they were in an enclosure. It will also allow for easy access to hook up cables and service your equipment.

With Salamanders vibration dampening ability it will allow for more stability on top of their units. While the stand may not remove all vibration it will help for those who have more sensitive components. The Archetype also has an open frame design which will allow for quick access to hook up equipment or move cables.

Adaptable Design for Growing Home Audio Systems

The Archetype 2.0 Audio Stand will hold your equipment with hardwood shelves and steel frame. You can choose from Cherry, Maple or Walnut to fit your listening room. The Archetype has a width of 23″ and a depth of 16″. Which will allow most home audio and AV equipment to fit.

If you want to stack more shelves you can purchase additional shelves and stacking kits. Allowing for even more room to house your equipment. Just be sure to measure your equipment before purchasing and leave some room for cables.
