    Description

    A Subwoofer That Lets You Choose the Power

     

    There is usually a power amplifier that comes with your subwoofer. This will dictate how much power your driver can receive. The RBH Sound UNRIVALED 12NS Freestanding Non-Powered Subwoofer does not have a power amplifier built into it. So you can choose which amplifier to use.

     

    This will allow you to use what you already have or upgrade your system at a later time. When the time comes to get a more powerful amplifier you won’t need to replace your entire subwoofer. Just swap out the amplifier. The RBH Sound UNRIVALED 12NS can expand with your system.

     

     

    The Driver and Cabinet behind the Bass

     

    The subwoofer will drive those low frequency notes that are used in many movies and songs. If you enjoy having some punch to your sub then a 12 inch woofer will be for you. The cabinet that holds this driver is designed by RBH to reduce any unwanted resonance.

     

    By reducing resonance from the cabinet there will be less un wanted sound coming from the box itself. Which will allow the RBH Sound UNRIVALED 12NS to produce clear low end frequencies. You can also choose between black or white satin and silver or black drivers. White, Black or custom side panels are also available.

     

     

    Pairing an Amplifier with Your Subwoofer

     

    You will need to look at a amplifier when purchasing the RBH Sound UNRIVALED 12NS as it is non powered. A receiver will not give you enough power to drive this sub. Check out our Receivers and Amplifiers page to see what may work for you.

     

    Since the subwoofer is freestanding you will have the ability to place it where it sounds best. We can assist you in choosing the right amplifier and placement with Dreamedia+. The RBH Sound UNRIVALED 12NS will allow you to create a high end music and home theater experience.
