Naim NPX 300

Unveiling the Power of Purity

In the quest for audio perfection, the journey is as important as the destination. Introducing the Naim NPX 300, a power supply that doesn't just power your system but elevates it. Imagine a component that acts as a foundation, upon which the rest of your Naim 200 Series sources and preamplifiers, such as the NSC 222, can perform at their absolute best. With the NPX 300, that imagination becomes reality.

Crafted for Excellence

Every detail of the Naim NPX 300 is a testament to Naim's commitment to unparalleled sound quality. Its heart beats with a new transformer and six exclusive Naim power regulators, employing Discrete Regulator (DR) technology. This is not just a power supply; it's a meticulous refinement of the electricity that breathes life into your music.

A Symphony of Silence

The NPX 300's silent operation is like the quiet before a symphony's first note. By deactivating the internal power supply, it reduces noise, allowing the preamplifier to focus solely on signal control. This creates a cleaner power supply, ensuring that when the music plays, it's all you hear.

  • Noise Reduction: Internal power supply deactivation for a superior noise reduction
  • Silent Operation: Powers your system without interference, preserving audio purity

Boundless Expansion

For those who seek an even richer experience, the NPX 300 offers expandability. Connect multiple NPX 300 power supplies to your configuration to unlock an exceptional musical journey. With the option to add dual power supplies to a single preamplifier or source, the NPX 300 ensures that both digital and analog sections are powered independently, enhancing clarity and coherence.

  • Expandability: Connect multiple NPX 300 units for a richer audio experience
  • Dual Power Supply Option: Dedicate separate supplies for digital and analog sections

Design Inspired by the Flagship

Drawing inspiration from the flagship Naim 555PS DR power supply, the NPX 300 is not just functional but innovative. It separates digital and analog power supplies via dedicated Burndy cables, a true reflection of Naim's forward-thinking design philosophy.

  • Innovative Design: Separation of digital and analog power supplies for improved sound quality
  • Inspired by the Flagship: Incorporates design elements from the top-tier Naim 555PS DR

Build to Last

The NPX 300 is encased in thick plates of aluminum, shielding it from magnetic fields, temperature fluctuations, and vibrations. This is not just a power supply; it's a fortress that protects the integrity of your music.

  • Material: Aluminum construction for magnetic, thermal, and vibrational isolation
  • Durability: High-quality components and construction for a long-lasting performance

Seamless Integration

System automation and an easy setup process mean that integrating the NPX 300 into your existing Naim setup is effortless. Provided Burndy cables ensure a swift and secure connection, allowing you to experience the uplift in sound quality without delay.

The story of Naim and aluminium

Our founder, Julian Vereker, immediately understood the many benefits of aluminium as a material for wrapping Naim electronic components. He knew that delicate audio components are very sensitive to the effects of magnetic fields, unstable temperatures, unwanted vibrations, etc. While other manufacturers were bending thin sheets of steel, Naim used thick plates of aluminium.
