We process and ship orders through UPS, FedEx, and freight companies.
How quickly do you ship products out?
Most products drop ship from the manufacturer and can ship the same day that payment is made.
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL STANDARD GROUND ORDERS
There is no additional charge for standard ground shipping orders.
FREIGHT SHIPPING FOR LARGE ITEMS
Large or heavy items, including select TVs, require freight shipping. Available to most physical addresses in the 50 United States, except some areas of Alaska and Hawaii. Call 1-972-322-4607 for more details.
Delivery time is 2-5 business days for most orders. Estimated delivery time for your zip code will be shown during checkout. Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses.
Someone must receive the delivery. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery to your door or the lobby area of your apartment or condo. Someone will need to be available to meet the driver and sign for the package. Freight deliveries are scheduled for Monday through Friday between 9AM and 5PM.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Next day delivery is available for most items. Next day delivery options and costs vary, depending on the size of the product. Select your preferred next day option during the checkout process or call for more details.
