Meet Zach, Dreamedia’s creator and adventure enthusiast!

Take the excitement level of a twelve-year-old at Gamestop during the PS5 launch, add the confidence of a psychic playing rock, paper, scissors, and sprinkle in a few Monster energy drinks. Not to mention, he is usually getting zero sleep because he has an adorable one-year old son to chase around and a beautiful wife to keep up with. That’s Zach. The guy that coined the phrase “SMASH that subscribe button” and built Dreamedia from the ground up.
Zach knows his stuff because he lives and breathes it every day. He’s tested the products (probably too many times, but what can we say… he loves his tech) and he knows exactly how to take the puzzle of what a client wants and make it into a reality.

When Zach finds a moment of personal time he likes to snowboard, dirtbike, mountain bike, timbersled, 4×4 off roading, heli-skiing, and really everything backcountry. He won’t stop till he reaches the top in his business and personal life!

Giving Tiger Woods a run for his money on the course is Kellen Fleener, our National Sales Director…

With an eye for photography, he is trained for perfection when it comes to projectors and picture quality. He isn’t Willy Wonka and doesn’t sugar coat anything, so you can rest assured that he will always provide honest opinions and reviews, making sure what the customer needs takes priority over selling products. Kellen takes pride in his work and consistently exceeds expectations.

With over a decade under his belt as a home theater enthusiast and Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Graphic Design, you can trust Kellen to help you design the home theater of your dreams. As a Kentucky native and family man, chances are you’ll find him cooking up some barbeque with his son, Emmett and wife, Jennifer, or on the green showing up Tiger Woods.

Nikki is our ah-mazing Customer Inquiry Specialist and she likes purple….A LOT!

Nikki has always been interested in technology and is excited to be a part of the Dreamedia team. She has a bubbly personality and is whip smart, making her a good fit for Dreamedia and our customers. 

She is an avid music lover and movie watcher, so speakers are of particular interest (she is already planning what she wants to upgrade to). Though Nikki is a native Texan, New York has her heart. When she is not home with her animals, you might find her at a car show with friends or collecting pop culture memorabilia.

Nikki is at the helm ready to steer you in the right direction for your project’s needs!

English Bulldogs, new handbags and finding new installation partners…these are a few of Heather’s favorite things.

While wearing many hats within the team, her favorite part is searching for new Installation Partners.  As a consumer herself with 25+ years’ experience of home manufacturing and interior design, she knows that sometimes you need a professional.  With this in mind she is searching for those installers that provide the same 5-star service that we at Dreamedia provide. We currently have Installation Partners throughout the United States, but she is eager to find even more to help you.  As our customer, you should feel at ease with your installations by Dreamedia.

When she’s not being awesome with the Dream Team, she’s volunteering at the local animal shelters.  She has said that once she retires she will adopt as many surrendered English Bulldogs as she can, but her husband says otherwise.

Daniel, our Director of Operations provides 5 Star Service every time.

With a passion for travel and exploring the world, Daniel spent 20 years in the hospitality industry managing hotels and focusing on providing a five star experience for his guests. He brought that same customer service mindset with him to Dreamedia in 2021 and ensures that every customer he interacts with feels like their experience is the most important one.  

When he’s not seeking out the next great travel destination, the native Texan is home in DFW riding the ups and downs of his favorite sports team, the Texas Rangers, and still patiently waiting for their first championship.  He is an avid reader and nature lover spending time taking hikes with his wife on the nature trails near their home and in the piney woods of East Texas where he grew up. 

Daniel’s path to Dreamedia actually began as a customer when Zak and the team did an installation at his home a couple of years earlier and he was so impressed with the quality of  the work, professionalism of the crew and honest pricing that he jumped at the chance to be a part of the Dreamedia team and he looks forward to providing the same 5 Star service he received to all of our customers.

Channa says, “turn it up”!….

Channa grew up with an Audiophile father and unknowingly received unofficial training in audio from a young age.  Growing up, weekends were spent listening to speakers at boutique shops filled with Bang & Olufsen, McIntosh, and Nakamichi.  His father was always on the hunt for new B&O equipment.  It was in Jr. High when he heard his favorite music at a friend’s house and noticed the music did not sound the same.  That’s when he realized the equipment matters.  The Sony system at his friend’s house did not compare to the Bang & Olufsen system he had been listening to for years.  In the mid-90s he started piecing together his first home theater which turned into his favorite hobby and has been setting up systems ever since.

As a classically trained pianist, music producer, and gigging DJ, he brings a unique understanding of sound to Home Audio and Home Theater.  With original music on the radio and in TV shows worldwide and a packed summer DJ Schedule, he knows music and what moves people.  Channa is here to help you put together a two-channel or home theater system that you will enjoy for years to come.
